Each piece is designed and then crocheted by hand, one by one, with care. Every step, from the first stitches to the final finishing touches, is made with attention to create a piece designed to last.
Filaoza creations are made with 100% cotton OEKO-TEX certified yarns, carefully selected for their quality, durability and finish.
The available colors are listed directly on each product page. When a creation can be personalized, you can choose from the available color combinations directly when placing your order.
Each creation takes time and many hours of work. Quantities are therefore intentionally limited in order to preserve an artisanal pace of production and dedicate the necessary time to each piece.
Yes ♡ Each piece is individually handmade. It therefore has its own little details and all the authenticity of a handcrafted creation.
Le Tamarin is made in limited quantities each week. When placing your order, you choose your creation week from the available slots. This allows each order to be planned and given the time it deserves.
For made-to-order creations, the selected week corresponds to your creation slot. Once your piece is finished and carefully prepared, it is shipped. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Yes ♡ Filaoza ships across France and internationally. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information available for your shipment.
You can pay for your order by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay through the website's secure checkout.
If you would like to change any information or personalization, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order. If the creation has not yet started, I will do my best to make the requested change.
Returns are possible according to the conditions outlined in Filaoza's return policy. Personalized creations may be subject to specific conditions.
To preserve your creation, we recommend gentle hand washing with cold or lukewarm water. Avoid using a tumble dryer and let it air dry naturally on a flat surface.
