Filaoza offers handmade crochet creations for sale, including bags, accessories and other textile creations, as well as digital crochet patterns.

As each creation is handmade, slight differences in dimensions, texture or appearance may exist from one piece to another. These variations are part of the artisanal nature of the creations and do not constitute a defect.

The photographs displayed on the website are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour may appear depending on the screen used.

Prices are displayed in euros and correspond to the rates applicable at the time the order is placed.

Delivery costs are not necessarily included in the displayed price and are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Filaoza reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

The customer may select the products they wish to purchase and add them to their shopping cart.

Before finalising the order, the customer may review and modify the information entered as well as the contents of their cart.

The order is definitively confirmed once payment has been completed.

A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order.

5. Handmade Creations

Filaoza creations are handmade and some products are made to order.

The delivery times indicated on the website take into account the time required to make each creation.

Due to the artisanal nature of the products, small variations may occur between two creations made from the same design.

6. Le Tamarin — Production Week

For orders of Le Tamarin, the customer selects a production week from the available time slots when placing their order.

The number of creations that can be made each week is limited in order to ensure sufficient time for the production of each bag.

Once the week has been selected, the creation is made during that period and then prepared and shipped once it is completed.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the destination country.

7. Personalisation

Some products can be personalised according to the options offered directly on their product page.

A personalised creation is made according to the choices confirmed by the customer when placing the order.

Customers are encouraged to carefully check the selected options before confirming their purchase.

When a specific request is not offered directly on the website, it must be agreed upon with Filaoza before placing an order.

8. Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered on the website.

The order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Payments are secured by the payment providers offered by Shopify and/or the providers displayed at the time of checkout.

9. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Available destinations and delivery costs are indicated during the checkout process.

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination country or circumstances beyond Filaoza's control.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided when placing the order is accurate.

10. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers generally have a fourteen-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date they receive the product.

However, in accordance with the exceptions provided by law, this right may notably not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Where a right of withdrawal applies, the customer must inform Filaoza of their decision within the legal period and then return the product in accordance with the instructions provided.

The terms and conditions relating to returns, refunds and any associated costs are specified in the Refund Policy available on the website.

If a product arrives damaged or has a defect, the customer is encouraged to contact Filaoza as soon as possible with the information necessary to process their request.

Products sold benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French law.

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be offered by Filaoza.

13. Digital Crochet Patterns

Digital crochet patterns are files intended for personal use.

They may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced or publicly shared without prior authorisation from Filaoza.

When a pattern is accompanied by an explanatory video, the video constitutes additional content intended to help with making the design.

14. Intellectual Property

Designs, patterns, photographs, videos, texts, illustrations, logos and other content provided by Filaoza remain the property of Lorenza Lauret or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a creation or a pattern does not transfer any intellectual property rights relating to the design, pattern or associated content.
