The website is, in principle, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, Filaoza cannot guarantee permanent availability of the website, particularly in the event of maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.

Creating an item from a Filaoza pattern remains subject to the conditions specified on the relevant product page.
